First stop, once we got to Seville, was to go to the Plaza de Espana. This was a huge square and was famous for filming scenes from Star Wars, Attack of the Clones at this location. Very beautiful and they had banks of tiles representing the provinces of Spain and they were quite unique. As a side note, while I was searching for the link to the Plaza de Espana, I read that they may close it and charge tourists a fee to do repairs on damaged tiles etc. A lot of people go here and there are a lot of vendors who also take up space and inadvertently do damage. I don’t know but if you are planning to go, check that out first.

We also went to the Seville Cathedral which we were told was the 3rd largest church in the world, next to churches in Rome and London. Pretty impressive. Another fact we found out is that Cristopher Columbus is supposed to be buried here, or parts of him anyways !

Our guide took some of us to a Flamenco show which I had never seen before, not in person anyways. It was different and we enjoyed it.
