Back in Ontario ! And getting a campsite in Rushing River Provincial Park, one of my favourite provincial parks. We had our pick of sites as there were not many people here camping. On to Winnipeg ! It’s a very hot and sunny Tuesday, 12 September. We met Clint’s friend Cal for lunch in Winnipeg and had a great visit.
We spent some time in this city last summer (2016) I love this city, it’s a beautiful city with lots to do and wish we had more time here again.
Now on our way to Kenora, Ontario.
A beautiful day today, sunny and 25 Celsius but feels hotter. We are on our way to Grasslands National Park. It took us about 6 hours but we arrived at the Grasslands Visitor Centre and booked two nights @ Frenchmans River Valley, site 17. This area is very flat and lots of prairie dogs.
