We headed to Singaraja Traditional Market and then off to Banjar Hot Springs!
I am not a shopper at all but I do love markets, especially in other countries. It really gives you a feel for the country and the people.

The markets are always full of people selling and people buying
I wonder how long all this fish just sits out?
The pineapples in Bali are about 1/2 the size of the pineapples we get in Canada. They are very cute.
Bags of tobacco
Banjar Hot Springs was fun and we were almost the only ones there because we were there pretty early in the morning. They had 3 different pools, change rooms and stores. We had a nice relaxing time I can tell you that !

Banjar Hot Springs
Us relaxing !
Beji Ancient temple was another lovely spot, we didn’t stay too long here as we wanted to get to our Homestay. This temple is different from other temples because they used a soft, pink coloured sandstone found in the river valleys in northern Bali instead of the dark gray volcanic rock common in the south.
It was a busy day and we were anxious to get to our Homestay called Bulian Bali. I could not find a website for it but there are websites such as Booking.com that you can find it on.
So next post………..we get to our Homestay and it’s not like some of the Homestays we have been at.
See you soon !
