We saw so many lions, an unbelievable amount. We saw 2 lionesses with 5 cubs so many different times. Lion couples and young male lions together. They seemed to be everywhere ! We were even witnesses to 2 lionesses hunting Tommies for their lunch and a lion couple mating. Here are some photos…

As I mentioned, we were watching the 2 lionesses and 5 cubs and then all of a sudden, there were Thomson Gazelles flying past and one lioness went one way after them and the other went the other way. It happened so incredibly fast that we got very few photos and no video at all, it was so unexpected !
She almost had him! and she scared a heron away, he was sitting and minding his own business 
the tommies are scattering ! 
She stopped in a swirl of dust 
No food this time 
they must have had a kill previous to this because the cubs had blood covered faces 
Tired now
