Samuel du Champlain Provincial Park has a very interesting Visitor Centre, lots to see and lots to learn. I love reading about the fur trade and the Voyageurs. This is a replica of a Voyageur canoe (above) and as I mentioned in Part One of this park, you can rent a seat in a real one and help others paddle it down the river for a bit. It’s pretty cool to do.

We loved that Visitor Centre, some Visitor Centres hit and miss with what they offer but this one serves up education and interest.
