Amboseli National Park – Part 2

We could see animals from our room, on the other side of the fence, and it was a minute walk to the fence from our room. We spent quite a bit of time by that fence ! We saw two elephants mating and that was something to see.

We went to a Masai Mara village for a visit in the afternoon. It was a different experience. They showed us their dances and how to make fire using dung, then we were split up and taken by different people into their homes to see what they were like. You really had to duck your head to get into the homes and you couldn’t really stand up when you were in there. 

All in all it was a great day and tomorrow we are doing two game drives so I’m excited about that. Did I mention you can see Mount Kilimanjaro from this park?
