Algonquin Park, Autumn 2023, Part 4

We were fortunate enough to spot a beaver as we were going for a drive one day. They are always so busy and also so cute.

  • This is when I first spotted him
  • He was sleep eating it looks like
  • I love their little hands
  • He was trying to hide I think. No wonder they are so difficult to spot sometimes, they blend right in to their surroundings

Here are a couple of random photos that I took ……….

  • There is something about feathers floating on the water that I like
  • Mushrooms are pretty interesting too

Well that’s that for now, I’m trying to keep my posts shorter, not sure if that’s good or bad but that’s how it’s going at this time!

  4. Nice round body for the beaver … I seen photos of them, but not up as close as your photos Susan. All that destruction from such a little critter. Was its tail underwater then? Interesting shelf fungi as well.
