I took the photo above from my airplane seat of Mount Kilimanjaro. We had to fly from there to Nairobi, we were on the plane less than an hour. The pilot let us know as we were flying past it.
We left our resort which was the Ngorongoro Sopa Lodge about 7 in the morning.

So that is that…….I have no more Africa posts. It was fun to do these posts as I got to go through my photos and diary and relive our experience. Yes we were lucky flying past and I had the window seat and for those photos, I used my IPhone not my camera. I would loved to have brought back a lion cub ! But that’s frowned upon lol

The donkeys and humans are carrying a lot – I don’t know how they do it. That’s a beautiful shot of Mount Kilimanjaro. Your hotel room looks very modern and the rock treatment is very interesting looking. That’s a fun pic of you and the gorilla. 🙂 I’ve enjoyed your tales and the photos very much Susan.

Probably the prettiest picture I’ve ever seen taken from a plane window and the fact that it was Mount Kilimanjaro, is over the top! 🏔️ Beautiful you at the gift shop! Love those robes and the hotels have all been wonderful to look at. Thank you for a most grand tour! Greatly appreciated.
