On 1 July, we drove about 3 hours to the little town of Sacre Couer and got a campsite at a campground called Bon Desir. It was a nice spot but we only stayed one night. For anyone who may travel to Quebec, and stay at campgrounds, most of them charge you for the showers. Usually a dollar for five minutes, sometimes less money, sometimes more. I know, a random comment to put in my posts!
After we parked our trailer, we headed to Parc Marin du Saguenay Saint Lawrence, a Marine Park. Above photo was taken from the docks at this spot. There was a museum and a store with a coffee shop. We stopped in to have a coffee and a snack and then walked around the docks. It was very foggy that day and very chilly.

After we left there we drove to the small town of Tadoussac which is quite lovely. Well it would have been lovelier if there wasn’t so much fog ! This is also a great spot to go on whale watching tours.
We parked in behind a small church and then walked the boardwalk along the water to the far end and back, of course stopping here and there along the way.

I really liked Tadoussac, such a cute place. I wish it had been warmer though! Next stop we head to Baie Trinity for one night, about a 4-5 hour drive.

Wow, I really like these small towns, Susan, very cute! One dollar for a five minute shower, I’m not sure if that’s a good deal or not but you had better soap up and rinse off mighty quick! 🤭

Susan, I love the colors in this quaint little town, the pink bistro, but mostly all the buildings with red, from that cute little bar and its cat on the barrels, to the Hotel Tadoussac and the church with its interesting old cemetery. The fog made for some interesting photos, but that’s awful it was so foggy and miserably cold. I think I remember you commenting on this trip how cool it was while you were on this vacation.

I loved this little town too. I’d love to go back there and spend more time. I get very excited when I see any cats or dogs in a store or brewery! Yes it was cool/cold and damp for most of the trip. Back in Ontario and probably where you are, was super hot and humid.

I like quaint little towns and all they have to offer, not only friendly people, but always picturesque. That cat did a good balancing act! I remember we were commenting on the weather, comparing it and likely wondering why there could not be a happy medium!
