Algonquin Park, Autumn 2023, Part 3

Above photo was taken from Lake of 2 Rivers lake on a very foggy morning. I love the effect of fog in photos. A few photos of the different spots in the park and some trails we took.

See you next Post !

      1. Thank goodness – it looks so massive to me and easy to get lost. I got lost at Crosswinds Marsh a few years ago. I was alone, walking near a young couple, which I gather was a date and he was enthusiastic to show her the trails and she showed no enthusiasm at all. 🙂 I take it he’d been there plenty of times as his tutorial to her was interesting, to me anyway. He took her lack of enthusiasm as boredom, so he asked if she wanted to leave. She said “yes” and I took a wrong turn and was lost for hours and hours in the deep woods and it was hot. Luckily a woman walking a dog helped me get back to the beginning of the main trailhead which then splits into multiple trails – whew! (I’m reluctant to return there now!)
