Above photo was taken from Lake of 2 Rivers lake on a very foggy morning. I love the effect of fog in photos. A few photos of the different spots in the park and some trails we took.

A trail !

Another Trail !
The start of yet another trail !
It was kind of eery doing a walk in the woods and you can see so much as there are no leaves on the trees.

See you next Post !

The fog does add to the photo, it creates beauty and maybe a bit of ethereal! The tiny river looks interesting, I wonder if it has fish? 😊

I don’t think that river has fish but you never know !

it likely has crayfish and bloodsuckers. The fourth photo from the top has very beautiful symmetry! ❤️

The foggy images are amazing Susan – so are the reflections at Kearney Lake. With so many trails and twists and turns have you ever gotten lost at Algonquin Park?

Thank goodness – it looks so massive to me and easy to get lost. I got lost at Crosswinds Marsh a few years ago. I was alone, walking near a young couple, which I gather was a date and he was enthusiastic to show her the trails and she showed no enthusiasm at all. 🙂 I take it he’d been there plenty of times as his tutorial to her was interesting, to me anyway. He took her lack of enthusiasm as boredom, so he asked if she wanted to leave. She said “yes” and I took a wrong turn and was lost for hours and hours in the deep woods and it was hot. Luckily a woman walking a dog helped me get back to the beginning of the main trailhead which then splits into multiple trails – whew! (I’m reluctant to return there now!)

Yes some trail spots need better signage if they have complex trail systems. We’ve been to odd Conservation area that is like that. I’m glad you got out!
