We bought tickets to take a tour of the Quinte Museum of Natural History this morning, located in Trenton where we live. Thanks to Mike Gaudaur for letting us know via Facebook.
They just opened and are looking to expand and make it bigger and better. Right now their focus is on dinosaurs and they have a unique partnership with Research Casting also located in Trenton. Research Casting is amazing, they are “Canada’s preeminent dinosaur reconstruction and fossil casting experts. Quinte Museum plans to open a window on RCI’s important work and their impressive 30-year history of developing spectacular exhibits for museums all over the world.”
Pretty amazing right? So they are open only Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays for now and open at 10 a.m. Tickets are recommended at this time. The tickets are $6.00 each, pretty reasonable!
