
There is a spot on highway 60 in Algonquin Park that everyone stops at. It’s one of my favourite views. When you look at a map of the Park, there is no name for this marshy area. We have taken our canoe in their and there is a portage trail across on the other side. You can go into Cache Lake or cross the highway and go into Tanamakoon Lake. So years ago Clint and I got tired of saying stop at that nameless spot on the highway so we named it Monkey Lake in honour of Trum.
