We drove to the Bay of Fundy to watch the tides. You walk from the Visitor Centre on a trail and then go down a few flights of stairs to get to the ocean floor. The Bay is a large inlet of the Atlantic Ocean and the tides are quite impressive. By the time we left, the water had flooded into the Big Arch in above photo.

We had a great time there and even though we have been here before, it was still interesting and certainly keeps your attention.
A couple of other breweries we stopped at during out time here. O’Creek Brewing Co was very nice and we had lunch there. Holy Whale Brewing Co was a great spot. We biked to it and they had a couple of neat murals on their outside walls, a lovely inside and a huge patio out back right on the river. Last, on this post anyways, was Cavok Brewery. Cavok means “ceiling and visibility ok” which makes sense when you know that 2 Air Traffic Controllers bought the brewery.

One more post for Moncton and then we head back into Quebec !

Wow man, I would LOVE to see the tide roll in and out there and walk those steps! I love the murals and the interiors of the businesses, very nice. I’ve see the Bay of Fundy on maps, it is truly massive!

It is really fascinating to see the tides and hear how they work. The water started to come in kind of slow and then all of a sudden, it wasn’t so slow ! The tides really intrigue me. I love murals, some graffiti is okay but when someone does a mural on a wall, they are usually pretty great.

I agree on the murals! I would love to see the water speed up as it rolls back into the bay, wow!

I had never heard of this incredible tide in the Bay of Fundy before until your last post, but I admit my Canadian geography is not too great having moved over here when I was 10 years old and we never studied Canadian history or geography in the U.S. I like those huge arches with the trees growing on top – very picturesque, especially with the chocolate-colored water. I enjoyed seeing all the murals at the Holy Whale Brewing Company.

It’s quite something and is supposed to the highest in the world. It’s a unique spot and we have been there before but I would definitely go again. It really does fascinate me lol
The murals were great! I just loved them
